Update for DAL & SMU
Aramark Workers 

Happy New Year! Congratulations on winning our union and taking the important steps towards bargaining our first Collective Agreements (contracts).

DAL: On December 12, 2009 we elected our first bargaining committee to begin the process of negotiating with Aramark.

The elected members of DAL's bargaining committee are:

• Patrick Britten
• Steven Cameron
• Wanda Ryan

SMU: On December 5, 2009 we elected our first bargaining committee to begin the process of negotiating with Aramark.

The elected members of SMU's bargaining committee are:

• Patrick Wheten
• Barbara Murray

Both of our bargaining committees will be meeting with union staff before the end of the month to begin preparing for negotiations. Aramark has been asked to provide the information and documents needed to prepare and dates to meet with the employer have been requested for February.
